Syllabus — Basics Of Electrical Engineering Lab (ICT-153)
Official GGSIPU syllabus for the B.Tech 2026-30 batch (first year, under USICT), applicable from the academic session 2026-27.
- The course objectives and course outcomes are identical to that of ICT-103/ICT-118 as this is the practical component of the corresponding theory paper.
- The practical list shall be notified by the teacher in the first week of the class commencement.

Instructions
Course outcomes (same as ICT-103)
- Ability to understand and use Kirchpff’s Laws to solve resistive circuit problems.
- Ability to analyse resistive, inductive and capacitive circuits for transient and steady state sinusoidal solutions.
- Understand the first order filters and magnetic circuits.
- Understand the design of electrical machines.
