Terms of Service

By using Electrical Hub you agree to these terms. Please read them before creating an account or buying anything.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. Who we are

Electrical Hub (https://electrical-hub-delta.vercel.app) provides study material and project models for AKTU and IPU B.Tech students. We are an independent site and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any university.

2. Using the site

You may use this site for your own study. You may not scrape it in bulk, resell our material, republish it as your own, or try to break the access controls on paid content.

We may suspend an account that abuses the site, shares paid material publicly, or attempts to disrupt the service.

3. Accounts

Free material needs no account. You only need to register to buy paid material and to get back to it later.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on each item and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price charged is always the price stored on our server for that item.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details. Access to a paid item is unlocked only after the payment is confirmed.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects something you already bought.

5. Digital material

Paid notes, papers and reports are licensed to you personally, for your own academic use. You may not share, upload, resell or redistribute them.

You can re-download anything you have bought from the My purchases page for as long as your account exists and the item remains on the site.

6. Project models

A project model is built or prepared after your order is confirmed unless stated as ready stock. We will tell you the expected delivery time before you pay — please use the enquiry form to check.

Models are teaching aids meant for academic demonstration. They are not certified commercial equipment and must not be used in live installations or safety-critical settings.

7. Accuracy of material

We take care to keep material correct and current, but syllabi change and mistakes happen. Always confirm anything important against your university's official documents. See our Disclaimer.

8. Intellectual property

Material on this site belongs to us or to its original owners and is provided for educational use. University names, subject codes and logos belong to their respective owners.

If you own the copyright in something published here and want it removed, email drdilip09@gmail.com with the link and proof of ownership. We remove genuine claims promptly.

9. Availability

We try to keep the site running at all times but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We may add, change or withdraw material at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including exam results, academic outcomes, or loss caused by material being unavailable. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item concerned.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
